1. General Policy

All sales made through Vedashakthi Spirituals Private Limited (including website, mobile app, or offline services) are final.
Due to the sacred, personalized, and devotional nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Astrology reports, consultations, and predictions

• Online and offline puja bookings

• Energized yantras, malas, and kavachams

• Prasadams, kumkum, abhishekam materials, and pooja kits

• Digital downloads, PDFs, or membership plans

2. Exceptions (if approved by Management)

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error

• Payment deducted but order not generated

• Goods damaged during delivery (physical items only)
